After Sales

Site support

It is Nordair Niche's policy not to install its products but to sell them to the heating and ventilation trade or for international sales through specialist distributors.

However, for major projects the Site Services Manager will be available for on site training and support for installation teams. This service is available free of charge and ensures group products are correctly installed and deadlines are met.

On smaller projects, our local Area Sales Managers will be available to give advice and support to your installation teams where necessary. All our Area Managers are experienced in site support and will attend to address any problems relating to the installation or assembly of our equipment.

Following commissioning of the system, our service department will provide after sales support to you, our customers.


Group Service Policy

The Nordair Niche service department consists of a large team of ACS/ACOPS registered Field Service Engineers that cover all AmbiRad, Airbloc, and Nordair Niche products, supported by an internal service team. They can be contacted on: 01376 332200


The Policy of the department is as follows:

Field service

  • Provide an efficient after-sales service
  • Provide feedback to ensure continuous product improvement
  • Improve field engineering support to exceed customer expectations
  • Provide support and assistance on site to trade contractors

Warranty
All calls relating to warranty issues to be attended on site within 48 hours of receipt of call.

Commissioning
To respond to commissioning requests within four days from receipt of completed commissioning proforma from clients.

Service contracts
Planned to suit the customer requirements and completed within the agreed time frame.

Breakdown
Attend breakdown calls within the following timescales:

  • Service contract customers within 48 hours
  • Breakdown calls within 5 working days

Standard Warranty Terms
12 months parts and labour on all products.


Recycling information

Under the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007, Nordair Niche is obliged to provide the following information to its customers:

  • Where packaging can be recycled
  • The customer's role in recycling
  • The meaning of labels on packaging
  • The relevant chapters on packaging in the National Waste Strategies
